以下是公司personnel deparment发给我的职位描述，仅供参考。

Position Title:   Desktop Support, intern

Desktop Support is the second point of escalation for the resolution of customer PC
related Incidents, requests or changes as per the established Service Level Agreements
(SLA)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
1、Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents.
2、Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change).
3、Staging of PCs.
4、Hardware & software maintenance and support.
5、Maintain Asset management.
6、Coordinate with Service Desk for Break/Fix hardware repair.
7、Assist and work closely with SSO on IT security issue and virus eradication effort.
8、Active participation in regular staff meetings as coordinated by Team Lead or
Service Delivery manager
9、Maintain working area to professional standards.
10、Have a good understanding of the User support Processes and Procedures
Comply with User support standard processes and procedures.
