SDET — C#
Job description:
1. Design and implement test automation in script, C#
2. Design test plans and cases
3. Debug at source level after identifying, investigating, and prioritizing bugs
4. Analyze perf data and generate reports
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree above majored in Computer Science or Technology related
2. Fluency in C# and Windows OS
3. CET4 is necessary, fluent in both oral and written
4. Good communication
5. Strong trouble shooting skills is a plus
6. Excellent team-work spirit


SDE — C#
Job description:
1. Participating in Triage meeting, code reviews and projects reviews with Microsoft staff on a set schedule agreed by both sides
2. Communicating with Microsoft product team and our offshore technical team effectively; leading the offshore development team to deliver high quality development work
3. Creating component level design specs, implementing source code according to the functional and design specs, updating code to the latest requirements
4. Conducting issue investigation and designing prototype for new features and new tech knowledge requirements
5. Executing unit testing to validate the development work and make sure the product functionality is achieved
6. Fixing bugs that assigned by triage team or dev manager
7. Providing weekly status report for work status
Qualification:
1. Demonstrated design and development experience in C#, familiar with Windows programming
2. Demonstrated ability to work independently, learn quickly, understand others code, and solve problems when required
3. Hold BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical disciplines
4. Good command of Windows / Linux systems, database and networking
5. Technical-minded, good passion on technology
6. Good communication skills; passed College English Test level 6
7. Demonstrated problem solving skills
8. Strong ownership and commitment to quality
