Research Engineer - Renewable Power and Motor Driver
研发工程师 - 可再生能源与电机传动

Location: Shanghai- GE GRC Power Electronics Lab
工作地点：上海 - 通用电气全球研发中心电力电子实验室

Job Description:
Research and development of advanced power electronics system technology,
including：
A. Renewable energy and distributed generation such as wind and PV;
B. High power motor driver for Oil & Gas and other applications.

工作内容：
从事电力电子系统前沿技术研究, 具体包括:
A. 可再生新能源及分布发电系统，如风能及光伏发电。
B. 用于石油天然气等系统的大功率电气传动装置。

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Doctorate or masterate in power electronics system for motor driver or
power generation.
* Familiar with：
1. Motor control theory and design, including vector control or
DTC.
2. Transient analysis of induction and synchronous motors.

3. Basic power electronics circuit analysis and design.
* Experience in control theory with a focus on control algorithms for motor
drive system.
* Experience in real-time software/hardware design.
* Experience in simulation with Saber, Matlab Simulink, PSCAD, EMTP/EMTDC
etc.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Fluent English.

基本能力要求：
" 硕士或博士学历, 具有用于电机传动或发电的电力电子控制系统专业背景。
" 熟悉:
1. 电机控制理论与设计, 如矢量控制或直接转矩控制。

2. 交流同步及异步电机的暂态过程。
3. 基本电力电子电路设计与分析。
" 熟悉用于电机传动的自动控制系统理论，并具有相应的控制系统设计经验。
" 实时数字控制系统的软件与硬件研发经验。
" 具有使用Saber, Matlab Simulink, PSCAD, EMTP/EMTDC等仿真软件的经验。
" 良好的团队合作能力与沟通技能。
" 良好的语言表达能力（英语）。

Desired skills:
* Familiarity with：
1. Power electronic applications in power systems.
2. Static and transient analysis of power system.
* Knowledge in transmission & distribution operation, controls, protection
and automation.
* Knowledge in generator excitation and speed controls, voltage / frequency
control.
* Experience with renewable energy or distributed generation, e.g. Wind,
PV, Fuel Cells, etc.
* Strong experiment design and analytical skills.

1. 电力电子技术在电力系统中的应用。
2. 电力系统稳态与暂态过程。
" 了解电力系统输配电及继电保护原理。
" 了解发电机励磁，速度控制及电压/频率控制原理。
