玛氏全球信息服务部中国培训生项目于2004年开始，至今已有五届毕业生加入我们。近年来公司高层对该项目的关注度逐年提升，我们提供给加入的毕业生在不同IT 职能部门轮岗的机会，同时每个培训生都会有一位高级经理作为导师指导其工作和职业发展。公司期待培训生的迅速成长，在项目结束后成为公司的专业IT 人员并有潜力成为公司未来的IT 领导人。
