工作职责

n          负责执行公司行政后勤工作，具体如：接待来访客人，快递收发，前台接听转接电话，管理和分发办公用品，预定酒店机票等。

n          保管公司礼品，产品资料及办公用品及负责用品进出库的登记。

n          负责部分办公用品，公司活动用品及员工福利用品等的采购。

n          维护办公用品的正常使用。

n          维护办公区域安全卫生。

n          协助其它部门的日常工作

 

要求

n            本科制在校大四，符合实习生身份的全日制学历教育的学生

n            专业为经济管理、国际贸易类、语言类或自动化专业类

n            英语水平良好，通过英语六级者优先考虑

n            能够熟悉操作办公软件，如WORD和EXCEL

n            有参加过大学学生会或其它团体者优先考虑

n            松江大学住校学生或松江本地户口大学生优先考虑

n            个人形象、谈吐举止佳

n            个性开朗，善于沟通

n            具有一定组织管理能力

n            具有团队精神
