Accountabilities：
-Propose the development programs in Greater China in close collaboration with sales team, KTC Group 3 Manager and global applications development responsible personnel (FAD)
- After validation, responsible for the implementation of the development programs, with a regurlar follow up in FAD database
-Technical support to the sales team
- Responsible for the technical relationship with the customers, OEM or end users
- Develop the technical benchmark activity of competition in Greater China
- Propose new ideas and develop the innovation activity (AIM).
- Provide applications & technical trainings to the commercial network and distributors
- Member or leader in AIM project for new product development when appropriate
Qualifications：
Knowledge : Technical knowledge of chemicals and/or polymer. Fluent in Chinese and English
Know how : Use of IT tools like Microsoft powerpoint, words, excel and Lotus Notes
Behaviour : Self-motivated, creative, dynamic, enthusiastic, eager to learn and communicate
Experience : Not necessary but good to have background in coating industry. Fresh graduate is acceptable. Master degree will be a plus
