Assistant to join their growing company starting from
15th October 2008 or 1st November 2008; within this role you will be providing a full secretarial service to the General manager, whilst being responsible for the co-ordination of business travel for the company employees.
Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, and taking minutes
Translation of documents, papers, letters, e-mails, presentations
Coordination of business travel and accommodation
Administration duties
Position requirements:
0 -2 years working experience
Secretarial skills
Personal requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong organisational skills, sense of responsibility and teamwork
