User Experience Designer Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct user requirements analysis,
task analysis, conceptual modeling, visual and interaction design
Review user interface design based on user and business requirements,
information architecture, and branding requirements
Produce wireframes, detailed screen layouts, design prototypes to con
duct UE test before project inception.
Lead and participate in design reviews during various phases of the
product development process
Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specificati
ons are implemented
Assist in the development of a revised user experience methodology fo
r enterprise-level solution that places UE design deliverables in the approp
riate points along the project framework lifecycle
Qualifications
Degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related discipline is a plu
s
Willing and capable to learn new skills quickly
Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology
Capable in reading and writing in English
Business knowledge a big plus
Able to apprehend the capabilities and limitations of appropriate tech
nologies and approaches
Comfortable working in PC environment with Microsoft Office business t
ools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Proficiency or able to learn with design and prototyping tools such as
Dreamweaver, and web front programming language, such as html
