Position: Marketing Data Quality Intern

 

The Marketing Operations and Services Group will provide key services to enable the marketing organization and PTC to become more effective in its delivery of marketing programs.

 

The Marketing Operations Data Quality Intern is an individual contributor, assisting in enhancing the data quality of the Marketing Database. The intern will exercise judgment within generally defined procedures, and follow direction provided by management. The intern will be working on multiple projects in parallel, and therefore will be required to manage their time well.

 

This position interacts with the Operations, Siebel IT team as well as all levels of internal customers. That interaction requires excellent oral communication and customer service skills in identifying business needs and facilitating the implementation of technical solutions. Effectiveness in this role also requires thorough working knowledge of the PTC's operations, systems and the ability to identify opportunities for new or improved systemization.

 

BA/BS (Computer Science or Information Technology are ideal) with 1-2 years of data quality / marketing operations experience. Candidate should be technically literate, detail oriented, and ideally have some experience with CRM or ERP applications (in particular Siebel 7.x).

 

Basic technical web application knowledge a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills. Detail Oriented, Analytical, Resourceful, Good at Setting Priorities, Positive in Attitude. Excellent organizational skills.
