职位描述:
负责协助招聘专员及时、高质量的完成总部各部门的社会招聘需求,并协助实施LG电子2009年校园招聘。
1 协助招聘专员与用人部门沟通,了解招聘需求,并撰写职位描述,通过适宜、有效的渠道发布招聘信息。
2 通过接收简历、搜索简历、内部推荐等方式,为招聘专员提供各社会招聘职位的候选人,并协助进行电话面试。
3 与各猎头公司沟通,协助建立猎头公司评价体系。
4 协助实施2009年校园招聘。
职位要求:
- 本科以上学历,心理学、人力资源管理相关专业;
- 2009年应届毕业(实习表现优秀者,LG电子将在2009年校园招聘中录用);
- 英文CET-6以上,可作为工作语言;
- 具备心理测评知识背景,对人力资源工作兴趣浓厚;
- 每周至少可出勤3天。

Role & Responsibility:
Take in charge of the helping recruiters to recruit high-quality experienced professionals for China regional headquarters in time and operate 2009 LG Electronics Campus Recruitment Program.
1 Help recruiters to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting needs , to write Job Descriptions and post the positions through suitable channels;
2 Pipeline candidates through receiving resumes, searching in talent pools, and internal referrals etc. ;
3 Help recruiters to conduct research on different searching firms and establish the evaluation system of headhunting vendors;
4 Assist in operating 2009 LG Electronics Campus Recruitment Program.
Qualification & Competency:
- At least a bachelor degree, majoring in psychology;
- Graduating in 2009;
- Fluent oral & written English;
- Solid knowledge of recruiting selection tools, strong interest in HR;
- Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills;
- Able to intern part-time for at least 3 days per week.
