Intechno is looking for two Business Development managers to develop European and North American markets.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Prepare sales and marketing plans for software outsourcing market in North America and Europe.
Prepare marketing collaterals – brochures, sales presentations, website materials.
Selling software outsourcing services to the customers form North America and Europe.
Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts.
Identifying prospective clients & create the go-to-market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical.
Generating business from new accounts and having the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into engagements.
Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality.
Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory.
Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.

Required skills:
Fluent in English (native or near native).
The candidate should come from U.S.A, Canada, UK, New Zealand or Australia or Europe countries majoring in IT Science and marketing.
2-3 years’ relevant marketing AND sales/business development experience. Managerial experience will be an advantage.
Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives.
Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships.
Must have working knowledge of off-shore/ far-site model.
