Philips and Neusoft Medical Systems Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between of Philips and Neusoft Medical Systems Co., Ltd. The Company was established on May 24th, 2004, registered at Neusoft Park of Hunnan Industrial Zone in the High and New Technology District of Shenyang. PNMS becomes the successful multi- modality R&D and Manufacturing operation of four major medical imaging equipments in the world, i.e. CT machines, MRI, X-ray machines and ultrasound. 职责：
参与项目需求分析，进行系统框架和核心模块的详细设计。根据新产品开发进度和任务分配，开发相应的软件模块。
任职资格：
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。精通编程工具，C++、VC、VB或.Net，或者精通数据库设计及开发。具备编码和撰写文档的能力，熟悉软件开发流程、设计模式、体系结构。能够使用ATL，COM编程，多线程编程，有图像处理背景为好。英语能力良好。
Software Engineer
Responsibility:
Participate in the project requirement analysis, design the system frame and kernel module.
Develop soft module for the new product developing processing and task distributing.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above, Major in computer science. Be familiar with the programming tools C++, VC or VB, be able to program and write document, good knowledge in soft developing flowing , designing module and system frame.

职责：
在项目的集成验证阶段，按照产品验证原则，实施验证测试活动，形成测试记录或报告；需要时，协助设计工程师进行模块/部件的测试。
任职资格：
大学本科及以上学历，电子、电气、软件、自动化等工科类相关专业。有设计开发或测试工作经验者优先。有优秀的英语读写能力。
Verification Engineer
Responsibility:
Implementing product verification and make record or report according to the verification principle in the process of project integration. Assist the design engineer in testing the module.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Science, Electrical Science, Software, Automatization and other science related major. Preference in having design and verification experience. Good command of English writing and reading.
· 算法工程师 4人
职责：
参与项目需求分析，进行系统框架和核心模块的详细设计。根据新产品开发进度和任务分配，开发相应的软件模块。编制项目文档，记录质量测试结果。完成程序测试。
任职资格：
硕士以上学历，计算机、数学、物理等专业。精通图像处理和算法研究，能够熟练使用C/C++语言。熟悉Intel 体系架构，掌握MX,SSE,SSE2,3指令，有相关优化经验。掌握数字图像处理，
模式识别相关知识，并可编写相关程序。熟悉数据可视化技术，了解DICOM标准。
Algorithm Engineer
Responsibility:
Participate in project requirement analysis, doing detail designs about system framework
and key module.Based on the schedule of researching product and task distribution, design
corresponding software module.Writing project document, record quality testing results.
Accomplish the program test
Qualification:
Master degree or above. Major in computer science, mathematic science, physics. Be master image processing and algorithms research, be familiar with program tools such as Visual Studio or .net. etc. Be able to realize the algorithms, analysis and revise the errors of the programs independently.

职责：
根据开发需要，筛选元器件并向物资供应部提供器件采购清单，以便物资供应部门及时提供必须的器件。根据立项报告的要求及产品设计可行性论证结果，负责设计新产品的电子系统或产品的改进。根据立项报告的要求和产品改进论证结果，负责产品的技术改进，以提高产品的稳定性。根据技术管理部的具体需求，及时对生产现场提供技术支持，以改进完善设计方案。
任职资格：
本科以上，电子相关专业。精通电子电路原理，精通高频电子电路，精通可编程逻辑器件的使用。
Electronic Engineer
Responsibility:
Participate on electrical components selection , give the material supplier the stock bill about component ,so that the material supplier can supply the necessary component Design the new product electrical system or improve the produce for the demand of project report and product design feasibility result.Improve the technology of product so that improve the product stability for item report demand and product improving argumentation decision
Training, debugging, make sure worker can master the new product principle in time.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above, Major in Electrical science. Be familiar with the electric circuit principle, high frequency electric circuit and programmable logic unit using.
· 电气工程师 2人
职责：
在项目的详细设计阶段，对电气部件的设计及绘图过程中提供辅助的工作；在项目的测试和确认阶段，依据工厂内和用户现场的测试结果，在指导下修改设计方案、更新图纸及设计文档。根据相关方的反馈，对所参与的部件进行必要的设计改进。
任职资格：
本科及以上学历，电气、自动化等相关专业;有独立设计经验者优先；能够运用EDA软件，如
AutoCAD（SolidWorks）等;英语四级或以上，具有基本的英文材料读、写能力。
Electrical Engineer
Responsibility:
Assist in designing the electrical parts and drawing draft in the detail design process; revising the design scheme, draft and document under guidance in the product verification and confirmation process according to the verification result in workshop and customer usage. Make necessary design amendment to the certain parts according to the feedback.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above. Major in Electrical science, Automatization and other related major. Preference in independent designing experience, capable of using EDA, such as AutoCAD（SolidWorks）and so on. English CET Four or above, good command of English reading and writing.

职责：
在项目设计阶段，进行部件的设计及绘图，输出设计文档；在项目测试阶段，修改及完善设计方案；根据客户反馈，改进部件的设计。
任职资格：
本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业；了解通用机械结构的工作原理，有机械部件设计开发的经历；能够运用EDA软件，具备撰写文档的能力；具备英语文档的读写能力。
Mechanical Engineer
Responsibility:
Design components, draw draft and make design document output, revise and improve design scheme, make components amendment according to customer feedback.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above. Major in Mechanical science. Good knowledge of the working theory of mechanical structure, experience in mechanical parts research, capable of using EDA, and writing document, good command of English file reading and writing.
医学影像产品专员 1人
职责：
根据项目控制流程的要求，编写、维护及更新应用需求设计程序，内部预临床程序及临床测试程序；制定临床测试计划及方案，完成预临床测试，以确定产品是否符合临床要求，汇总测试数据，并完成确认报告；保证操作手册中与临床应用相关的内容的准确性；在新产品导入过程中，向项目组提供同类产品的比较报告；根据项目研发需要，向相关人员提供临床专业支持与培训；
任职资格：
本科及以上学历，临床医学或生物医学工程等相关专业；三年以上在医院或大型医疗器械公司的工作经验，有临床测试经验；熟悉影像产品结构及原理；熟练运用办公软件；良好的英语阅读能力和沟通技巧。
Medical Image Product Specialist
Responsibility:
Edit, maintain and update the demanded design program, internal clinical program and clinical verification program according to the project control. Set up clinical verification scheme and action plan; fulfill clinical test to confirm its confirmation to clinical requirement, collect texting data, and complete confirmation report, assure the accuracy of the content related with clinical application in product manual, provide comparing report of similar products to the project team in the new product introduction process, provide professional clinical support and training to relative person to answer the requirement of project development.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above, major in clinic medical science, biomedicine engineering or other related subjects. At least 3 years working experience in hospital or big medical system company, and experience in clinical verification, sound knowledge of the structure and principle of image product, good use of working software, good command of English reading and communicating.

职责：
根据用户需求，在新产品研发及已有产品改进升级方面，完成用户手册的发布和升级，并进行在线帮助的编写和转换，组织完成多语言的用户手册和软件界面的本地化，组织用户界面本地化的确认工作。
任职资格：
本科及以上学历，计算机相关理工类专业。三年以上出版或印刷设计公司技术编辑经历，具有技术翻译相关工作经验，英语精通，从事过本地化（适应全球化，多语言翻译）的工作。具有医疗影像设备知识背景，有良好的文字处理能力，熟练运用办公软件，英语熟练，沟通能力强。
Technical Editor
Responsibility:
Edit and update product manual for the new product and renovated product, edit on- line brochure, organize and confirm the localization of multi- language product manual and software interface.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or other related science subjects. Three years editing experience in publication, printing and technical translation. Perfect in English, experience in localization work (multi-language translation for globalization). Good background knowledge of medical image system, good ability in writing, office software and English. Good communication skills.
