职位描述：
1.收集与制定课程产品的生产需求；
2.分析现有产品的市场状况；
3.对公司现有产品进行维护；
4.收集并分析相关数据以确定产品功能优先级并进行产品规划。

职位要求：
1.突出的英文写作和口语沟通能力；
2.英语, 教育或相关专业(如果是英语母语或英语水平接近母语者则专业不限)，本科学历以上(硕士优先)；
3.有3-5年英语相关的教学, 研究或开发英语教育课件的经验；
4.有CELTA、TESOL或相关证书；
5.熟悉中国的英语教育市场, 了解市场现有的英语教育产品及服务；
6.工作积极主动，有一定的组织性,计划性,认真负责；
7.优秀的理解、分析与处理问题能力；
8.在技术方面有较强的学习能力。
9.可接受实习。
Job Description：
1.Authoring original English language learning materials and adapting exiting materials for lesson product development.
2.Supervising pre-production efforts of lesson products and monitoring production.
3.Coordinating research efforts on educational theory and learning effectiveness.
4.Collecting and analyzing data to influence feature prioritization decisions and product roadmaps.
Job Requirements：
1.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
2. BA/BS degree (Masters degree preferred) in English, Education, or related field (or other if native/near-native speaker of English).
3.Ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience in teaching, researching, and/or developing English education materials.
4.CELTA or Trinity TESOL certified, or equivalent.
5. Familiar with English education market in China, familiar with existing English education products and services, aware of needs of those learning English as a second language.
6. Self-directed, motivated, and a driven performer.
7. Proactive, Highly motivated, Organized, Responsible.
8.Distinctive problem solving and analytical capabilities.
9.Ability to develop fact-based understanding of problems.
10. Quick learner, especially in terms of technology.
11.Can accept intership.
