Specific Responsibility:

1.Translate technical documents per existing glossary and reference documents
2.Assist in Y2008 Service Parts Manual data collation, excel alignment, proofing and supplier liason
3.Maintain drawing record and technical publications record to keep them most updated
4.Participate in the initial creation and ongoing technical content of installation instructions, owner guides, demand labels and service parts publications
5.Assist in database buildup and clear-up program
6.Help in publication uploading to intranet and product center
7.Perform other assignments mostly paperwork

Education and Language Requirement:

1. Bachelor above, major in English and have translation experience before
2. Can work at least three days a week
3. Mastery in Excel and Word
4. Able to work under presure and keep sober mind in multi-task operation.
