Technical Marketing Engineer:

Position Overview
Candidate will work with applications engineer, system engineer, field applications team and sales team to identify/define power/analog IC product ideas, review customer projects, write white papers to promote company products, and provide marketing support for customers and field application/sales engineers. Candidates are required to visit customers periodically.

Experience Requirements

• BS EE with 5+ years experience, MS EE with 2+ years experience
• Familiar with end markets for the power/analog IC products
• Excellent oral communication skills and inter-personal skills
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Sufficient project management skills
• Previous experience in a semiconductor manufacturer, distributor or power management IC design house desired

Applications Engineer:

Position Overview
Candidate will work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to identify/define/debug power/analog IC products, develop application reference circuits, write white papers to promote new products, and provide technical support for key customers and field application engineers. Candidates are required to visit customers at least twice per year.

Experience Requirements

• BS EE with 5+ years experience, MS EE with 2+ years experience or Research Specialization in Power Electronics
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Sufficient project management skills
• Previous experience in a power supply manufacturer or power management IC company desired

System Engineer/Architect:

Position Overview
Candidate must be creative in solving difficult technical problems. Will define and design the system architecture and control schemes for power IC products with the assistance of simulation software and prototype circuit. Will work with design engineer, applications engineer and marketing team to define new products. Will work closely with design engineer and applications engineer to develop application reference circuits. Provide technical supports at initial product release.

Experience Requirements

• PhD in Power Electronics, MS EE with 5+ years or BS EE with 10+ years
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Previous experience in a power supply manufacturer or power management IC company desired

IC Design Engineer:

Position Overview
The candidate will contribute to the development of analog and mixed-signal ICs utilizing leading edge technologies. Products to be designed may include, power management, signal management and analog functions. Job functions include:

• Contributes to the design and development of integrated circuits
• Helps to release product through production
• Assumes basic layout supervision
• Works in conjunction with and under the supervision of a Senior member or Design Manager
• The candidate should be able to work with a mentor in a team environment and be able to release a product from concept to production

Qualifications

• M.S. in EE with emphasis in Analog Circuit Design
• Previous related industry or research experience desired
• Should be familiar with the fundamental of Analog circuits such as differential pairs amplifiers, band gap voltage reference, various kinds of amplifiers including op-amps, oscillators, etc
• Should have basic knowledge of devices physics and be familiar with operation of devices such as BJT and MOS. Being exposed to power management circuits is a plus.
• Ability to do bench measurement and probing is required
