Millennium Capital Partners is a merchant-banking firm that specializes in assisting companies accessing overseas public capital markets. We are currently looking for young graduates with strong interest in global finance to join us as full-time representatives. At this position, you will liaise with PRC-based merchant banking projects and assist in the business and financial study of PRC-based companies that are seeking western financing. Representatives may be based in Beijing, Shanghai, or Guangzhou, and will travel to visit companies frequently.
The following basic qualifications are required:
1. Full English fluency in both reading and writing;
2. Business degree or some basic knowledge in accounting and law studies;
3. Strong interest in corporate finance and global capital markets;
4. Good research skills;
5. Hard-working with self initiati ve;
6. Long-term commitment.
