Division: Global Services & Solutions – International
Reports to: Senior Manager of Escalation & NPI
Location: Escalation Center HZ or SZ
Job Duties:
Provide escalation technical support and NPI (New Product Introduce) for global customers (as required). Receives very minimal supervision with no formal instruction on routine work and general instruction on new assignments. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Will provide management and account teams of daily/weekly status reports for major/critical customer issues in writing (e.g. email, spreadsheet, etc.). Spoken language fluently: (1) English, (2) Mandarin.
Technical Skills:
1.Must be proactive working attitude under high pressure
2.Good team-working player.
3.Knowledge of data communications IP core networks.
4.Be familiar with Database is desired.
5.Good English ability, including writing, reading and speaking.
6.Would like to travel globally frequently.
Education:
A Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or equivalent experience is also required. Can-do attitude will ensure success in this role.
