Senior Java Develop Engineer

Duties/Responsibilities
Able to take general direction and formulate specific tasks to accomplish the desired result with little or no supervision.
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of SSL-VPN product.
Complete analysis, development and/or maintenance of highly complex, undefined tasks.
Anticipate problems and future technical needs and take necessary corrective steps to ensure they are addressed.
Design, develop and maintain high-quality code for highly complex components in SSL-VPN.
Code review, documentation development.
May assist in setting technical product direction by analyzing industry trends, competitive information and product requirements.
Able to work on, prioritize and manage multiple assignments and tasks.
Work closely with Product Management (US) to understand and clarify requirements.

Qualifications:
BS in EE or CS, or equivalent degree. MS preferred;
4+ years of successful software development experience;
Strong Java programming background in Windows/Linux;
Experience in generally framework, such as J2EE, Apache Tomcat, etc;
Experience in Network socket programming in Java;
Experience in Security/Authentication (LDAP,AD,RADIUS,etc);
Experience in with access control and user management;
Experience in VPN/SSL VPN is preferred;
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills;
Familiar with software engineering process and lifecycle;
Strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and work under high-pressured, date-driven schedules.
Good Communication and Written/Oral English;
Quick learning and self- motivated.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
================================
Duties/Responsibilities
Work closely with development staff to provide test plans, results and develop trust and credibility
Develop test cases and scripts to enable the timely and accurate testing of SSL-VPN product
Assist Developers in determination of practical workarounds and resolution of defects and issues
Document and report test results, test methodology, and project status to the product team in a clear and concise manner
Review and analyze user documentation for technical accuracy
Cooperate with other teams to ensure any outstanding problem or development that is considered a high risk are closely monitored
Improve and streamline methods and practices to increase testing and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications:
3+ years experience as a QA engineer for networking and security related products, VPN is a big plus.
Sound knowledge of AAA, AD, LDAP, RADIUS etc.
Familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, etc. protocols
Experience in enterprise applications (Exchange, OWA, SharePoint, Database etc.)
Systems administration experience in a mixed Linux/UNIX and Windows environment is a plus
Knowledge of J2EE framework, MVC structure
Knowledge of Java application server and web service, Apache Tomcat etc.
Experience in writing test plans, test suites and test procedures at the black box and system test levels
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and environments, knowledge of performance, regression, integration, interoperability, system level and stress/load test execution
Experience in leading projects throughout the testing cycle is preferred
Experience in test automation is preferred
Ability to anticipate problems and issues, and then recommend solutions to the problems
Able to cope with pressure, prioritise workload and meet agreed timetables.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, strong customer focus
Excellent interpersonal and good communication, written/oral English skills
Quick learning and self-motivated
