-Establish a system to regularly gather information about the local real estate market and economic matters impacting on market developments;
-Establish and update the local real estate research database;
-Conduct ad hoc market research assignments and produce quarterly market publications and topical papers and reports;
-Co-operate with the regional research team to produce regional research papers; and
-Conduct Business Development in a regular, disciplined manner, uncovering business opportunities for all CBRE business lines in China and provide related contact information.
Requirements:
-Post-graduate degree or above, major in real estate, economics, English or related field
-Knowledge of market databases, property-related consulting, feasibility analysis and property finance and investment analysis;
-Fluency in written and spoken English;
-Strong report writing and presentation skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and
-Strong communication skills.
