职位描述
- 按照公司及合作伙伴相关流程为客户提供准确、及时的机票/酒店订单处理服务。
- 准确回答客户咨询的各类机票/酒店相关问题
- 熟练使用艺龙操作系统进行相关业务操作
- 处理客户投诉，并及时将情况严重的投诉升级至上级
- 大专或以上学历，旅游相关专业优先考虑
- 表达流利，具备较好的倾听、沟通能力
- 韩语听说读写流利,同时会英语者优先
- 从事1年以上机票/酒店相关工作者优先录取
- 从事1年以上客户服务相关工作优先录取
- 熟练使用MS office软件（word,excel,outlook等），打字速度不低于每分钟50字
Position: AS agent (Air/Hotel)
Job Description:
- Provide accurate, timely air/hotel order handling service according to the process of the company and partners.
- Accurately answer various kinds of air/hotel enquiries.
- Proficiently manipulate elong system
- Handle customer complaints and escalate serious ones to supervisors timely
- College or above degree, travel industry preferred
- Fluent mandarin and excellent listening and communication skills
- Fluent Korean in reading, listening, and speaking
- Previous air/hotel industry working experience preferred
- Previous customer service working experience preferred
- Proficient user of MS office software (word, excel, outlook, etc), Chinese typing speed no less than 50 words/minute
