This 2-year international programme with 3 modules in three different countries is structured to give you a thorough introduction to Vestas’ organization and challenges, and to provide you with competences that will bring you even further in you future career. • You are assigned a two-year Graduate Programme with a competitive salary

• The two years are divided into eight-month modules which you will spend working in three different business units such as the US, China, India, Singapore, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, the UK and Denmark

• As a Graduate you will work in one of Vestas’ three career tracks; Specialist, Project Management and Management

• During each of the three modules, you will take part in challenging projects working with different managers and colleagues from around the world

• You will become part of a global network of top talents

• During the 4 global training camps, you will develop your personal competences and strengthen your future career profile

• You will be assigned an experienced colleague as mentor
