图像处理软件工程师 (Job Code: G0901) 

Image Processing Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for research new image processing algorithm

-Develop image processing algorithm by C or C++ programming language

-Release fully developed and tested application into products

-Deploy developed method to Ricoh’s products

Key Requirements:

-PhD or Master degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.

-Must have 2+ years professional experience in high-tech technology research/development with an emphasis in digital image processing or pattern recognition.

- Proficient in Windows, UNIX, LINUX, C, C++ and software development methods

- Excellent oral and written English communication skills required.

2. 多媒体应用开发人员 (Job Code: G0902)

Multimedia Application Developer

Responsibilities:

-         Responsible for the research on the new algorithms/new technologies in Multimedia domain, mainly including audio/video encoding/decoding/transcoding, video processing and analysis, multimedia content retrieval, security, and panoramic video, etc.

-         Design and implement the new algorithms or new technologies with high quality.

Key Requirements：

-         Master or above degree in Computer Science or equivalent (PhD is preferred)

-         2+ years of multimedia related research/development experience in high-tech corporations/academies is a plus

-         Proficient in C++/Java/Flash programming (strong project experience is a plus)

-         Excellent team work spirit as well as ability to work independently

-         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

3. 系统安全工程师 (Job Code: G0903)

System Security Engineer

Responsibilities:

The Security Researcher will mainly responsible for security related core tech modules research and development, to propose best security solution based on current product/requirement or potential future trends in security domain, and to deliver the solutions to challenging security technologies and prototyping.

Key Requirements：

l       PhD or Master degree in Computer Sciences, security related research domain

l       In-depth understanding of the security related technology

l       Excellent knowledge of C/C++/Java development skill

l       Excellent problem solving skills

l       English written and verbal skills

4. 信息检索工程师 (Job Code: G0904)

Information Retrieval Researcher

Responsibilities:

- Tracing and research on the hot technologies in information retrieval field

- Investigate, research and provide new ideas about enterprise search

- Design and implement solution prototype of enterprise search

- Develop information retrieval component with high quality

Key Requirements：

- Master or above degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- Deep research on information retrieval field; have paper publications on core journals

- Knowledge and experience of search engine is a plus

- Be familiar with document parsing and security management

- Be familiar with design patterns and UML

- Proficient in C++/Java (one or more) programming, real project experience is required

- Proficient in Web application development. Knowledge and experience of Javascript, AJAX and Framework is must

- Excellent creative ability as well as team work spirit

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Researcher for Collaborative Knowledge Work System

Responsibilities:

Our team is researching and developing cutting-edge collaborative knowledge work products which will help our customers improve their efficiencies of project planning, process management and knowledge reuse. As a software engineer, you will be working with a group of bright and talented professionals to design, implement, test and maintain the software technologies, and you will be encouraged to conduct research, deliver high quality patents and research papers in related fields.

Key Requirements：

• Master degree or above in Computer Science or related field is preferred
• Programming and development experience of Java is MUST
• Knowledge and experience of Java EE/AJAX/Web Services/SOA is desirable
• Development experience with My SQL/SQL Server/ Oracle is desirable
• Knowledge and research experience of intelligent planning and scheduling, knowledge representation and reasoning, or data mining is a plus
• Good learning ability, working enthusiasm, teamwork spirit, and strong problem solving capability

6. Web技术工程师 (Job Code: G0906)

Researcher for Web Technologies

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop cutting-edge Web technologies
• Conduct software quality related activities such as design review, code review, unit test during development phase
• Problem solving and trouble shooting during product testing or maintenance phase
• Conduct research or technical investigation in the fields of collaboration work system, project management system, content management system, or workflow system;

Key Requirements：

• Master degree or above in Computer Science or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of Web architecture and relational database, proficient Java programming skills and system design skills
• Knowledge and experience of AJAX or Web Services is a plus
• Familiar with software development process
• Knowledge of collaboration work system, project management system, content management system, or workflow system is desirable research experience in these fields is a plus
