We get asked this question a lot. But sometimes people don’t believe our answer. That’s because we don’t have some rigid mould that our graduates have to fit. In fact, we aim for as much diversity and as many disciplines (health, advertising, finance, you name it!), talents and ages as possible. We value life experience, varied interests and community involvement. But if we had to find some common threads between our people, we’d say we’re looking for women and men who:

  • demonstrate customer focus
  • are results orientated
  • are resilient
  • present and communicate information well
  • resolve problems
