Role Description:
The role of buyer is to implement and execute IDM purchase of the company.

Responsibilities:
 Quotation reference from supplier
 Vendor Selection (AVL, 3 vendors comparison, bidding)
 Place P.O
 Review purchase contract
 Purchase status tracking
 GR (goods receive) in Baan
 Payment forecast
 Payment application to Finance
 NDA
 Support project in terms of purchasing qualified, timely & cost efficient material, service and equipment etc.

Internal Interfaces:
 Purchase item user function in the company
 Logistic and project financial control team of Business Administration department
 Finance Department
 Legal Counsel (HK)
 Global Procurement Teams

External Interface:
 Suppliers

Basic Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in purchasing area in mobile industry
Bachelor degree above
Skill & Knowledge (Techniques/Technologies/Methodologies)
Knowledge in purchase process
Knowledge in purchase items used in mobile development
Excellent communication skill, including English, presentation and negotiation

Key performance indicators:
Unit price down
Ensure on-time (as per buyer committed time frame in process) delivery of purchase items per user’s spec
