n        YANG FAN Program/扬帆项目

 

YANG FAN Program is a special international assignment program of Air Liquide for Chinese Fresh Graduates with Master Degree in the top universities worldwide. Opportunities exist in Business Development, Operation, Project, Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Finance, HR and other specialized areas.

YANG FAN Program prepares the best new talent for accelerated advancement into management or technical positions. With an initial six ~ nine months in China and eighteen ~ twenty-four months oversea, the candidates are challenged to quickly adapt to a different culture, learn the business and generate results. At the end of assignment, the candidates will be ideally positioned to pursue new opportunities within Air Liquide (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd.

 

YANG FAN Program need you have Excellent academic record within top 10% of department or school, Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, Fluency in English. Positions are following:

 

“扬帆项目”是法液空集团为来自世界顶尖大学的中国硕士毕业生度身定制的国际派遣项目。这一项目广泛涵盖了商业发展、运营控制、项目管理、工程设计、市场营销、财务金融、人力资源等专业领域。

“扬帆项目”旨在为加速发展的管理和技术需求储备最优秀的人才。从最初的6到9个月在中国工作期间，到接下来的18到24个月的海外工作期间，入选者需要尽快地适应不同的文化环境，掌握业务要领并学以致用。结束海外派遣后，液空杭州将提供最合适的工作岗位，让每一位入选者尽其所长，在职业发展的道路上不断寻求新的机遇。
