Welcome to DHL Management Trainee Program. To become our Management Trainee, you need to:

-   hold a bachelor’s degree or above

-   be proficient in English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing

-   be outgoing and adaptable to changes

-   have excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

-   be good in communication, coordination and organizing

-   be creative and have a strong willingness and potential to learn and grow

-   be mobile
