实习职位：Intern Project Coordinator (Data Analysis)

 

Reports to: Software Process Manager

 

项目组:    Project Office, Process & Quality

 

工作地点:   北京上地软件园

 

实习时间:   能实习至少4个月，每周至少4天全职实习

职位要求：

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

-Having at least 4 months (4 days a week) available for internship. Major in Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science.

 

-Good statistical knowledge on various distributions and their application criteria.

 

-Being capable of regression analysis.

 

-Experience in commercial statistical tools, e.g., MS Excel, SPSS, etc

 

-Good spoken and written English.

 

-Good interpersonal and communication skills.

 

-Likes working with numbers and graphs.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

-Collect and publish project, non-project and staff measurements from software development teams and project timesheets.

 

-Provide daily administration support to Process & Quality team.

 

-Analyse and create baselines according to eligible statistical process control techniques.

 

-Prepare regular reports of metrics to senior management.
