Essential Responsibilities:    

The OMLP Program is part of GEs initiatives to grow and develop operations leadership pipeline. This is a 2-year operations development program with intensive business and technical training.  The program will equip and prepare the successful candidates to take on lead operational roles in the Qinhuangdao Service Center for a start and possibly in other GE businesses subsequently as you gain more experience in the roles assigned to you.

The program which covers both functional excellence and leadership development, requires successful candidates to go through rotational assignments in different business areas such as manufacturing, materials, management, sourcing, quality, six sigma or process engineering within GE Infrastructure (GE Energy, Aviation, Oil & Gas) sites located locally or overseas.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Lead new repair process development, startup, training, and implementation in Parts & Repair Gas Turbine Service Centers to include: 

*Equipment Requisition & Commissioning 

*CNC Programming Support 

*Methods/Work Instructions & Operator Training 

*Special Process Qualification 

*FPQ/PLQ Documentation 

*EHS compliance 

*Support for On-Site Repair Processes 

*Work with Repair Technology COE to develop and define new repair processes. 

*Coordinate with relevant engineering resources for repair process qualification. 

*Participate on Repair Component Teams to drive productivity / standardization 

*Drive continuous process improvement through Lean initiatives. 

*Support process troubleshooting & RCA as necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements:         

*Master Degree of Engineering

*Strong knowledge of gas turbine repair processes & equipment 

*Strong knowledge of gas turbine components. 

*Good interpersonal & communication skills, good leadership capability. 

*Ability to work across organizational lines. 

*Willing to accept challenging assignments, passion to drive change, ability to motivate & lead others through continuous improvement actions. 

*Fluent English skill both in written and oral. 

*Excellent PC skill with Microsoft Office & Auto Cad, etc.
