-Assignment Title: HR Assistant
-DEGREE REQUIRED: Bachelor and above
-Major: Not required, HRM related preferred
-No. of Openings: 1
-Location: Beijing (Kerry Center, Chaoyang District)
-Working Frequency: 3+ days a week from Nov to Aug 2009

Responsibility:
- Assist Energy China HR team with day-to-day HR operations including HR projects, learning events & employee activities;
- Support intern management including recruiting, on-boarding, performance management, contract management and check-out, etc.;
- Maintain and manage HR files;
- Collect, consolidate and analyze data to generate HR reports;
- Carry out other related tasks assigned according to business needs.

Requirements:

- Previous internship experience in HR preferred;
- Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Confident, energetic, independent and well-organized;
- Systemic thinking & result driven with good track record of quality delivery;
- Good oral and written English;
- Good at MS Office tools.
