[1] Job Title: Design Specialist Application Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
- 12 month career development rotation to different product group.
- Develop hardware/firmware for award-winning PSoC programmable mixed-signal a
rray microcontroller
- Provide reference designs in embedded control applications
- Key customer and distributor technical support.
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers
- Work with marketing to exchange technical input on marketing collateral, new
product definition, product features prioritization, customer feedback, and p
roduct training curriculum
- Work with IC design engineering to exchange technical support/sustaining eng
ineering support, new product development interactions, impact of design limit
ations
Job Requirements:
- Solid "C" and assembly language familiarity
- Knowledgeable on analog and MCU based application design
- Fluent in English (both written and oral)
- Experience on I2C, USB interface and other MCU on-chip external modules
- Hard working and team player
- Takes initiative and sets high goals
- Customer service orientation

- Industry and motor control experience is preferred
Minimum Education & Work Experience:

Short Description :
Analog circuit design and simulation
Key Responsibilities :
- Analog circuit design for different analog IP.
Skill set:
- Master/Bachelor Degree
- In depth knowledge of CMOS circuit schematics, simulation, layout.
- Experience in OPAMP, PLL, OSC, ADC, Switch Cap, Current/Voltage DAC, Bandgap
, etc.
- Experience in EDA tools use.
- Experience in board level circuit debug.

- Experience in PSoC design is preferred.

- In depth knowledge of 8-bits cpu, verilog code, gate level code.
- In depth knowledge of digital function, for example: TIMER, COUNTER, PWN and
so on.
- Experience in EDA tools use.
- Knowledge in PLL, OSC, ADC, DAC, LPF, BPF, PGA, etc.

[4] Job Title: Digital Design Engineer
Short Description:
Having experience and studied in logic/Circuit design, Verification and DFT.
1. Must be familiar with aspects of SoC development including:
- Design Specification
- RTL/Schematic Design including design reviews
- Verification methodologies
- Module level synthesis
- DFT (Design for Test)
2. Familiar with development tools for front end design/DFT, verification, and
synthesis
3. Knowledge of Verilog, "C" programming, and familiar with EDA tools from Cad
ence or others.
4. Experience in design documentation, presentations etc.
5. BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related. Master's De
gree or PhD's are highly preferred, but not required.
Nice to Have Skills:
Any experience with MCU and communication systems would be nice to have, but n
ot required.
[5] Job Title: Web Design Engineer
Job Description:
- Assist in the design and production of web sites and web related materials.
- Update and maintenance of R&D relevant websites
- Monitoring and improvement of a databases of IP library.
Job Requirements:
- Good front-end development skills. Proficiency in HTML / CSS layout skills.
Ability to quickly code complex designs in table-less CSS structure maintainin
g design integrity and with an eye to cross browser/platform issues.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax, PHP, XML-based web applications and programmi
ng as well as other web development languages and technologies; experience wit
h Macromedia Flash development a plus but not necessary.
-Skillful at MS Office (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint).
- Must be organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and great time-management and project tracking skills.
- Good communications skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and oral)
- Team player, must be willing to work closely with R&D engineers and IP libra
ry managers.
- Willingness to learn / master new technologies as they arise.
Minimum Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or above in EE/CE
- New graduate colleague student, who graduated at 2007 or will be graduated

[6] Job Title: Technical Support Applications Engineer (Corp Mktg-Global-China)
Job Description:
- Provide English & Chinese hotline technical support for Cypress designing en
gineer customers worldwide. This includes resolving technical problems and que
stions for engineers designing with Cypress products.
- Document product issues in the Cypress case management and defect tracking systems
- Develop knowledgebase articles and application notes
- Alpha and beta version user testing of new Cypress products to catch quality
or usability defects prior to launch
- Provide feedback on to make it excellent at solving users' tech
nical issues
- Provide real-time feedback to Cypress Product Managers on design activity an
d top issues with launched products

[7] Jobt Title: Tactical Marketing Specialist
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for forecasting and attaining revenue for a Cypress business unit.
Develops quarterly & yearly revenue forecasts by integrating customer account
& channel inputs, industry analysis, top's down revenue targets, and statist
ical analysis. Optimize current demand forecast at the part number level to av
ailable manufacturing capacity. Required to present & report revenue targets a
nd attainment to Cypress executive management. Manage commodity product Share
Of Market (SOM) through channel analysis across Distribution, Original Design
Manufacturer (ODM), Contract Manufacturers (CM), and Original Equipment Manufa
cturer (OEM). Manage through market cycles to include customer conversions, al
location, and driving both channel programs and direct revenue.
Job Requirements:
