l         Statistician(数理统计方向博士)
Researching on latest methodologies in data mining and mathematical statistics.
 
Requirements:
- Ph.D. degree in statistics, or a closely related field, or Master degree with three years of relevant post-graduate working experience;
- Substantial experience in information retrieval, data analysis, and data mining
- Broad and solid knowledge of statistics;
- Possessing outstanding competence, and demonstrate ability to initiate and perform research and development activities under minimal supervision;
- Proven oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese languages.
 
l         Associate Software Engineer (应届毕业研究生)
Designing and implementing complex numerical algorithms as components for inclusion in SPSS products under the supervision of senior software engineers.
 
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or equivalent;
-Demonstrating ability to work with complex cross platform projects;
-Demonstrating excellent analytical and design potential;
-Ability to learn new technologies and complex technical materials;
-Proven English communication skills.
 
l         Associate Technical Support Specialist (应届毕业本科生及研究生)
The Technical Support Specialist will positively manage the customer experience while documenting and troubleshooting their reported product issues.
 
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the customer’s experience by assisting in their understanding of how to effectively use the software. Fully document resolutions and proactively communicate issues with the global support team.
Requirements:
- The individual must also possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Working to advanced knowledge of one of more of Unix, Linux, Apple and Microsoft Operating Systems and basic knowledge of SQL and database architectures.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
