职责：
 Basic Caliper Profile interpretive skill. Creates automated written reports for senior consultants. Training will be provided.

 General knowledge of order processing and client management systems. Will train on our system.

 Delivers profile results including Verbal and Written feedback, ability to provide selection-based feedback to clients or individuals.

 Handles client questions in an effective manner; escalates issues/questions to appropriate party as needed

 Maintains a high standard of customer service, and is responsive to Customer Relations when clients call in for feedback

 Communicates effectively with assigned account team

 

 初步分析Caliper Profile，协助资深顾问准备的书面报告。会提供相应的培训。

 大致了解订单处理和客户管理流程。会在我们的系统上接受相应培训。

 向客户交送测评结果，包括口头反馈和书面报告，能向客户或被试的提供基于筛选的咨询反馈。

 合理地解答客户的问题，有需要时能把复杂问题向相关部门转达。

 保持高水平的客户服务质量，在客户致电请求咨询反馈时与客户保持良好的关系。

 和团队成员保持有效地沟通。

要求：
Strong analytical skills; detail oriented.

 Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin (plus commitment to further learning)

 Strong communication skills and client facing skills (written and spoken)

 Service orientation and time management/prioritization capability
