Presentation: The Security Solution & Service division (D3S) of THALES Group was created in January 2007 following the acquisition and integration of Alcatel-Lucent’s transportation and security businesses with Thales’s former security and services divisions. D3S is the key enabler in the Thales Group’s strategy of offering customers advanced security solutions for their mission critical information systems, infrastructure and applications. Thales Software Systems Shanghai Co. Ltd. (TSSS) is the software and service subsidiary of D3S of Thales Group in Shanghai, China. The company has 5 branches in China (2 jointed venture), which focuses exclusively on software development and system integration in transportation, signalling systems, bank payment systems, and security systems. From 2000, our Company has developed and implemented projects in China in Guangzhou, Beijing, Nanjing, HongKong for Automatic Fare Collection system, Supervision system as well as Rail / Metro signalling system. Thales in Shanghai is also serving global ground transportation in New Delhi, Bangkok, Singapore, Oslo, Denmark, and Toronto.
Position: Contrôle de gestion, SHANGHAI : Controller Assistant
Mission: We offer a full time internship position. The intern is directly reporting to the Financial Controller of the company and is fully in charge of: - preparation of financial project review - cost control monitoring - workload analysis - cash management assistance - reporting to shareholders - budget / forecasts of the whole 5 branches of the company.
Profile prefer: Successful applicants would have the following skills: - previous experience in audit / finance / cost control - languages: English and Chinese, French is a plus - good command of Excel and common office software - autonomy at work and good communication skills.
Working language: English, Chinese, French is a plus
Duration：9-12 months
Beginning date：1st November, 2008
Compensation：Competitive
