岗位名称:进出口部门实习生
工作地点：北京亦庄开发区（公司提供班车）
名额： 1

Qualifications/Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Able to work more than 4 days per week for 6 month
3.Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
4.Demonstrated time management skills. Ability to organize schedules professionally within deadlines
5.High level of skill in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
6.Confident, energetic, independent and well organized
7.Excellent in verbal and written English
Job Responsibilities:
1.To handle daily export operation of one modality, include:
a: packing documents prepared and data input for each shipping instruction.
b: invoice and export CD data input in custom website.
c: Export documents(CD & invoice & packing list) management and stock.
2. To do inspection for import CD, include:
a: import custom declaration paper come back from broker, the person should check with each one. To check the accuracy of CD and make quality assurance.
b: to do hand over operation with our finance dept for this import CD, and make data collect.
3.To be a support person for our IE custom handbook management include:
