Empiricus Capital Management (Beijing) is recruiting for an Administrative Officer/Secretary as an intern to join our office in Beijing.

Empiricus Capital is a scientific-based quantitative hedge fund with offices in Hong Kong, New York and London. We are organized as a team of highly qualified specialist from various scientific, mathematical and computational disciplines to rigorously explore and experiment with the application of frontier research to financial market investment strategy. The company pursues active innovation in the research and development of high frequency automated system trading and quantitative hedge fund portfolio analytics. We aim to make a difference in the global financial market through advancement in research and development of investment technology and systems.

Requirement:
1) Must be highly competent and proficient in English communication (both written and oral proficiency)
2) Must be highly proficient with use of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
3) Must have knowledge in database management and project management, willingness to learn knowledge management and enterprise content management skills.
4) Must have basic accounting knowledge.
5) We welcome applicants from all academic disciplines. Applicants do not require extensive experience, but will be required to learn a new system of managing office workflow and information for the support of the entire organization.
