1. Design P Modules based on customer electrical, mechanical and optical requirements;
2. Engineering product samples and prototypes through conceptual design, build, and performance characterization;
3. Work closely with Sales/Marketing to supply technical support to key customers worldwide
Qualifications：
1、Masters degree in engineering,; Mechanical/Electrical/Material preferred.
2、Understanding of engineering design and manufacturing;
3、Knowledge in P Module design, processes & testing.

Job responsibilities：
1. Conduct experiments on R&D tools to ealuate new processes;
2. Responsible for detailed data recording and obseration, experiment planning, and results analysis;
3. Determine types of tests to be performed, approes or suggests modifications to testing equipment;
4. Perform other related duties as assigned including mechanical design in support of process tools.

Job responsibilities：
1. Responsible for P product deelopment including from conceptual design to olume manufacturing;
2. Work with internal technical teams to define specs and delierable for each phase of product deelopment;
3. To disseminate and participate in the deelopment of product specifications, short and long term supplier agreements
Qualifications：
1、Masters degree in engineering,; Mechanical/Electrical/Material preferred.
2、Experience with product deelopment lifecycle management.
3、Ability to read and create technical models & drawings (e.g. by means of SolidWorks)
4、Project Engineer
Job responsibilities：
1、Superise the actiities related to P fields form cell, module to field installation;
2、Drie project delierables to meet customer specifications and designed performance;
3、Work closely with module deelopment group to enable high performance module and field installation;
4、Closely collaborate with Sales/Marketing for P filed project proposal.

可靠度工程师
岗位职责：
1、研究可靠性技术，制定公司级可靠性技术规范和测试规范；
2、新产品开发导入时，承担相关部件、产品的可靠性验证与测试任务，并输出报告
3、各类备用新材料的可靠性特性指标的验证，最终输出报告；
4、协助其它部门调查产品失效模式的原因与改善并输出分析报告。
任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，光电、自动化、半导体材料等相关专业；
2、至少两年以上P行业从业经验，负责过各种模组、光伏材料、产品可靠性分析及设计等相关工作；
3、熟练应用AutoCAD、PROTEl等软件，熟悉基本网络常识；
4、有良好的英文读写能力。
