      丹纳赫（上海）工业仪器技术研发有限公司, 简称丹纳赫研发中心或DDC, 成立于2006 年2 月，是美国丹纳赫集团旗下的公司，主要为丹纳赫各个品牌的产品提供研发支持。现在它正在成为丹纳赫众多业务集团在中国的研发中心。它的前身是福禄克公司的中国产品研发中心，在2003 年10 月成立于上海。DDC的研发团队年轻而有活力，由2008 年初的30名员工增长至今已有60 多名员工，为丹纳赫旗下不同的公司研究开发一系列的仪器和软件。自2006 年成立至今，DDC 已经成功完成了几个大的产品研发项目，许多其它新产品项目也在研发过程中。截至目前DDC 已经汇聚了丹纳赫集团旗下的7 家优秀公司，而我们的成

职位名称：电子工程师（模拟电路设计）、机械工程师、软件工程师

工作地点：上海、北京

1. Job Title: Analog Engineer

Major Job Responsibilities:

1. Design reliable and easily manufactured electronic circuitry in accordance with design

criteria and performance objectives.

2. Conduct functional and environmental tests of new designs or modified existing designs

to evaluate circuit performance.

3. Responsible for cost effective design decisions.

4. May prepare proposals, personnel and cost estimates, and work schedules to meet

completion dates and technical specifications.

5. Assist employees of higher classification in preliminary analysis of design objectives to

define optimum design criteria and operating characteristics of subassemblies and

complete instruments.

6. Prepare documentation such as schematic diagrams, test procedures, theory of operation,

purchased part lists, instruction manuals and related information.

7. Maintain current knowledge regarding new developments and trends in applicable

engineering field.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge and application of electrical engineering principles, practices and techniques.

2. Requires a high degree of creativity, engineering skill and independent judgment.

3. Working knowledge of software design and basic coding techniques.

4. Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.

2. Job Title: Software Engineer

Major Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide software development and support in real-time embedded systems on incoming

products

2. Develop, Implement, test, and debug embedded software in eCos/LINUX environment on

incoming products

3. Perform triage and determine root cause of embedded software defects by modifying

source files in C,C++, and Java

4. Provide enhancements to the original implementation on current products.

5. Deliver quality embedded software solutions to incoming product in a timely manner

6. Responsible for the preparation of software documentation, test procedures, instruction

manuals and related information

7. Maintain current knowledge regarding new developments and trends in software

engineering and related fields

8. Perform other related design assignments as required

Qualifications

Experience includes

1. Demonstrated programming experience in C, C++, and Java

2. Demonstrated experience working on Linux/Unix based real-time embedded system

3. Demonstrated experience in using structured SW development methodologies

4. Understanding of defect tracking systems and version control tools

5. Develop, implement, test and debug embedded software in Linux/eCos environment or

other platform

6. Demonstrated experience in the architecture and design of complex embedded software

system

7. Large SOC application experience is preferred

Education and others include

1. At least B.S. Degree in Computer Science/electronic or similar Engineering fields

2. Experience in electronic product software and hardware or other relevant design

engineering

3. Proficient problem solving and logic thinking

4. Quick in learning and understanding new products and technologies

5. Knowledge of PC applications

3. Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Major Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design and development of industrial measurement products

2. Work with a team of highly qualified engineers to generate the overall design concept for

the mechanical system as well as the detailed design of the mechanical components

which include plastic parts, sheet metal stampings, castings, rubber and elastomers

3. Apply sound engineering knowledge in the development of the products to meet stringent

specifications

4. Ability to express technical matters adequately both orally and in writing

Qualifications

1. A bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

2. Experience in product design/development

3. Experience of handheld devices design, measurement related products design

experiences are added advantage

4. Ability to utilize latest CAD tools such as Pro/Engineer

5. Knowledge of Pro-E modeling by incorporating design intent is absolutely necessary.

6. Extensive hands-on product development experience, from conceptualization to

prototyping, test and verification, and manufacturing at pilot and mass production levels

7. Demonstrated use of statistical tools in design selection, failure predictions, design

optimization, problem solving, root cause analysis and verifications at all stages of

product development. Utilization of Six Sigma tools in product development will be an

advantage.

8. Experience and knowledge in injection molding/casting/sheet metal tools are required and

mastering them are added advantage.

9. Critical thinking and strong technical fundamental are required to make an effective

technical decision.

10. Knowledge of IEC61010 standard will be an advantage
