Details of the program
ICG MA Program
• A 12-month program with cross-functional assignments/rotations
• On-job-training combines with 7 weeks intensive classroom training on basic banking and financial markets knowledge and products
• Possible business streams for rotations include Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities, Global Transaction Services, Risk, Compliance, Finance & HR
• Possible to work across divisions and locations
• Support mechanism through sharing, coaching, mentoring & overseas exposure
GCG MA Program
• A 24-month program with challenging and worthwhile assignments/rotations amongst different departments
• A customized & structured training curriculum, senior mentoring partnerships, buddy program, networking exposure events
• Intensive classroom training - Country & Regional Management Associate Development Program (MADPI & MADPII)
• Ongoing performance feedback and coaching

• Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Chengdu
Requirements of the candidate
• Strong academic record, obtained master’s degree or above from a highly rated university
• No more than two years’ working experience
• Keen interest in pursuing career opportunity in the financial services industry
• Cross-functional interests and mobility to work in different locations/cities
• Leadership potential, self-starter, be initiative and innovative
• Team-player, contributes to collective goals
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adapt to changes in a rapid-growth organization
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English
