Engine Management System Calibration Engineer

发动机管理系统标定工程师

Responsibilities职位描述:

·          Calibrate EMS to meet customers emissions, fuel economy, drivability, diagnostics and other performance criteria

·          Design and conduct system validation tests (emissions and performance), prepare system verification plans and reports (Design Verification Plan & Report)

·          Work with customers to define technical requirements for the application of Engine Management Systems to customer vehicles

·          Manage development of Engine Control Units with ECU design engineers to meet customers performance, cost, quality and delivery requirements

·          Lead integration of EMS hardware onto development engines and vehicles

·          Manage development of Fuel Rails and FCAs with design engineers and injectors with Tier II suppliers to meet customer performance, cost , quality and delivery requirements

·          Work with customers to capture requirements for application of ignition coils and engine management system sensor to gasoline engines

·          Manage development/ selection of sensors and ignition coils with Tier II suppliers to meet customer performance, cost, quality and delivery requirements

Hardware Engineer for ECU Testing

Responsibilities 职位描述：

·          Develop electronic hardware for functional tester and durability exerciser

·          Assist manufacturing to analyze root cause in the case ECU do not pass test and present report

·          Assist QC to analyze the rejected ECU from customer and present report;

Requirements 任职要求：

·          Familiar with analog and digital circuit ，Rich experience in analog circuit design is preferable

·          Experience on MCU / DSP /CPLD development

·          C and assembly language experience

·          Familiar with PCB design software usage

·          Understanding of communication bus such as CAN, SERIAL and K-LINE.

Electronic Test Lab Engineer

·          Create specifications for electronic test equipment to test Engine Control Units, Fuel Rails and Fuel Charging Assemblies

·          To be the expert and know how to operate all the dyno equipment (Dynos, Data Acquisition, Emission analyzers …..)

·          熟练掌握测功房相关设备的操作，例如：测功机、数据采集系统、排放分析仪等

·          Know how to run emission tests (i.e. all Euro III tests)

·          掌握排放测试的操作流程（例如：欧3排放）
