气候组织是一家独立的国际非营利机构，致力于推动各国政府部门和工商企业发挥领导作用应对气候变化，通过推广温室气体减排的最佳实践，推动全球走上低碳经济发展道路。

气候组织总部设在英国，并在全球范围包括美国、中国、澳大利亚、印度等地开展工作。

气候组织成立于2004年4月，当时即获得了英国首相布莱尔和来自北美、欧洲和澳大利亚的20位商业精英和政府领袖的支持，共同成立了气候组织，为全球遏制气候变化的事业带来新的推动因素。

气候组织致力于推动企业和政府开拓通往低碳经济的发展道路，同时不断促进其盈利水平和竞争能力的提高，并且鼓励其成功经验的共同分享。

气候组织展现了一种全新的方法。我们独立于各种特殊利益集团和政党从属，关注问题的解决方案，并且致力于政府部门、工商企业和非营利机构之间的积极合作。

全球各地的企业、省、州和城市都在踊跃行动，他们的实践证明，在保证基本的业务增长的基础上，减少温室气体排放遏制气候变化的目标是完全可以实现的。气候组织正是以各个领域的这些先驱们作为催化剂，通过各种切实可行的解决方案，推动社会各界加快采取行动应对全球变暖。

工商企业领袖项目

气候组织支持并通过多种途径协助工商企业走上低碳经济的道路。我们与我们的会员机构开展一对一的合作，建立起特别的领袖团队以制定各种解决方案，同时还开展低碳创优项目，促进各个企业共同分享和学习专家与同行之间的最佳实践。

城市低碳领导力项目

城市低碳领导力项目致力于推动城市低碳经济的发展，通过研究城市在发展低碳经济方面所具有的优势，以及面临的困难和挑战，协助城市政府制定促进当地低碳经济发展的、切实可行的激励政策，建立低碳生态城市联盟，发挥城市领导力，分享资源与最佳实践，共同应对气候变化带来的挑战。

Together "低碳同行"项目

低碳同行是一个国际性的倡导全民行动降低能源消耗、减少自身碳排放的活动。与传统的消费者教育活动不同，低碳同行不是仅仅停留在提高消费者意识阶段，而是致力于携手全球知名企业，为消费者提供简单易行和有效的节能减排产品和服务，从而协助消费者改变其行为习惯以达到降低公众碳排放。

2. Analyst of City and Region Leadership Program, China
The Climate Group (TCG) is seeking a dynamic, experienced and motivated professional to join our city and region leadership program in Mainland China, based in Beijing. A clear understanding of climate policy frameworks, low carbon economy and urbanization under national and international context is a requirement. Experience researching in low carbon technology identification and application is preferable. The successful candidate will be required to generate regularly high quality reports in related arenas.
Key tasks include:
• Identify the major concept of program publications and reports under program director's guidance
• Self motivate to build up methodology, collect information, case study, interview with key stakeholders and develop effective research accordingly
• Develop and maintain relationships with external research consultants and sectoral experts among TCG network
• Support research and publication dissemination to TCG key stakeholders

Personal attributes
• Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply the knowledge learned
• Self-disciplined, motivated, team player, proven ability to work with minimal supervision

Qualifications
• Master degree or above in related fields
• Above 2 years research or work experience in related fields
• Familiar with low carbon economy development concept
• Strong proven research and analyze ability support by written publications, reports or articles;
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in Mandarin Chinese and in English
