Management Trainee

 

Jebsen's Management Trainee Programme is an intensive programme aiming at grooming future leaders with general management flair for the growth of the Group. The two-year Programme is designed to provide Trainees with a clear road map for career progression, challenging job assignments, customised learning opportunities and structured personal and career development. Throughout the Programme, Management Trainees development activities include mentoring, cross-functional placements and exposure in various business units both in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

 

To qualify for this unique career development opportunity, candidates should be/have:

Hong Kong Residents;

Fresh graduates with Bachelor or Master Degree in any discipline from recognised universities. Graduates with less than three years of working experience are also welcome;

Good academic results;

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is a must;

Eager to learn, with strong initiative;

Ability to learn fast and think innovatively;

Willing to travel and work in China or overseas.
