    China Quality Engineer (read below) 

Job description

Missions:

¡¤        In charge of new supplier homologation

¡¤        Implement and control the application of local and group buying procedures.

¡¤        Set up indicators of buying performance follow up.

¡¤        Support for local suppliers development in a cost reduction objective.

Activities: 

¡¤        Implement and control the supplier homologation processes in regards to PH quality standards

¡¤        Define and write buying quality procedures for the group together with all the plants.

¡¤        Organize and control by regular audits the implementation and respect of buying procedures within the sourcing department.

¡¤        Organize the SaPhire suppliers follow up.

¡¤        Validation of the action plans setting up.

¡¤        Validate PPAP documents for new local suppliers/new products couples.

¡¤        Until supplier homologation he remains? the quality supplier leader

¡¤        Participate to the optimization of local supplier process within the global reduction cost policy.

¡¤        Organize interviews with the local and group quality supplier participants.

* New product:

Article, from a new supplier, not homologated or from a supplier which supply is not homologated (i.e.: Cover supply from a motor shaft supplier)

Job requirements

¡¤        Bachelor degree

¡¤        Minimum 3 years working experience

¡¤        Quality control knowledge

¡¤        Fluent English, native Chinese

¡¤        Able to work in an international and multi cultural environmen
