English Customer Support: (career development==sales support ,or sales, or consultant)
Responsibilities:
1. Resolve oversea customers queries and problems on our software.
2. Communicate and work closely with the engineering team on reported problems or enhancements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in English or Computer Science, Pass TEM-8 .
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in oversea customer support.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Willing to work in shifts(have 1 or 2 times every month).
5. Self-motivated and good problem solving skills.
6. Able to work independently and under pressure.
