Job Description:
Job Duties:
1.Coordinate and assist in English training, including full-time employees’ training organization and coordination as well as training for labors.
负责协调英语培训相关事项,包括全职员工培训的组织和劳工培训的协调。
2.Assist to search some stationary suppliers and ask for quote.
协助开发固定的供应商,取得报价。
3.Routine admin duties, including filings, meetings and travel arrangements, office supplies purchasing and maintenance.
负责日常的管理工作,包括文件归档、会议和差旅安排、办公用品的采购及维护。
4.Help to submit some documents to Amcham office, Foreign Ministry, Entry and Exit Bureau and other offices.
协助主管向美国商会办公、外交部、进出口及相关部门提交文件。
5.Help to provide some logistic support during VIP’s visit to Shanghai.
做好贵宾访问上海期间的后勤工作。
6.Translate the admin documents.
翻译和管理文档。
7.To assist in checking and calculating security guard and cleaning ladies for their O/T and PTO.
每周检查和计算保安和清洁员的加班时间和带薪休假情况。
8.Answering telephones when necessary.
必要时需要负责接打电话。
9.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
负责主管分配的其他任务。
Requirements:
1.Pursuing Bachelor degree and majoring in business.
要求本科学历,商学相关专业。
2.Outstanding computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
出色的计算机应用能力,熟练使用Word, Excel,PowerPoint.
3.Good oral and English skills;
良好的英语口语和书面表达能力;
4.Detail oriented with good organization skills;
关注细节,有良好的组织能力;
5.Good team player, easy-going;
良好的团队合作精神,有亲和力;
6.Good presentation skills;
良好的人际交往能力;
7.Strong sense of responsibilities;
强烈的责任感;
8.Must be able to come to office 3 days per week and last for at least 6 months.
实习时间持续6个月以上,每周至少工作3天。
