埃森哲公司招聘F&S实习生
全职,每周工作5天,11月底开始,持续5个月(研二和大四保研同学优先考虑)
工作地点:上海市淮海中路381号中环广场30楼
Job Description:
Provide telephone support according to local guidelines |
Reserve workspace/meeting room |
Fax support, business card order |
Provide archiving support (retrieval of documents according to company standards) |
Maintain information in databases |
May carry out invoicing / reconciliation of accounts |
May coordinate travel arrangements (i.e. involving multiple changes and destinations) |
Arrange conference calls, video conferences or data conferences according to local capabilities and guidelines. |
Arrange and coordinate meetings logistics in liaise with the Meeting and Events Planning team, where appropriate. |
Personal issues |
The candidate's standard:
Excellent English skill, for both writing and speaking.
Good communication skill and service sense.
Executive Assistant relevant working experience is preferred.
