Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to project managers in the execution of international and domestic market research projects
Liaise between Project Services, Research Services, Fieldwork and Data Processing departments
Management of internal and external suppliers of fieldwork, sample, translation and report editing services
Management of contracts, sales agreements and all related documentation
Quality control of data collection programs
Checking of tables, data files and reports
Updating project planning tools
Provide administrative support to the team

Prerequisites:
Higher Diploma in Business or equivalent
Good command of both written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong administrative skills and outstanding organizational abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good time and task management, meticulous attention to detail
Team player, self-motivated and conscientious
Fresh graduates are welcome
