Key Objection
In the coming 6 months(at least), provide effective & efficient administrative support to training work so as to help building basic training working system(work flow, form, procedure, database ect.) and develop current training courses.
Job Description
1.Coordinate MDP & Non-MDP training sessions, e.g. invitation, venue, name list, pre-work ect
2.Liaise with the 3rd party to make vendor management, e.g. order, payment, verification ect
3.Support trainer to design training materials
4.Compile pre-training needs results, provide on-spot training support & prepare end-course evaluation summary/report
5.Design training-related forms, work flow to support training process standardization
6.Make documentation for all training record(on-line, e-version & hand copy)and prepare quarterly/half year/annual training statistic report upon request
7.Provide administrative support to any ad hoc projects
8.Support YAN activities logistics
KPI
1.Ahead of time: align with common training practice schedule(attached)or special time request from superior
2.Accuracy: numbers of copies of material, wording on the document, financial numbers
Requirement
1.University
2.Time commitment, can work full working week
3.Fluent in writing & verbal English(CET-6)
4.Proficient PC skills, especially PPT, EXCEL, Visio etc.
5.Good data analytical skills
6.Effective time management
7.Good interpersonal skills, esp. listening skills
8.Proactive, self-initiated
9.Quick learner
