Job Responsibilities:

Job Description
Client Operations professionals are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions. The Service Delivery/Operations capability focuses on the attributes or skills essential to providing the necessary services and solutions to the client, the clients employees or the clients customers in fulfillment of contractual obligations agreed upon by both parties. Examples of professionals in this capability would be software developers and technical architects. The Application Outsourcing specialty incorporates skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.
A Programmer/Developer is responsible for the development, delivery and support of software, web applications, and other applications, including analysis, design, build, test, implementation, and run phases of the development lifecycle and on-going support. The Programmer/Developer must understand the functionality of the supported applications, how they are utilized by the users, and how they interact with other parts of the systems.

Key responsibilities may include:
Participating in the design effort by assisting in the development of design specifications
Programming and testing applications/software according to the design specifications
Fixing code deficiencies found during the assembly test/system test phase
Supporting, maintaining and upgrading software/application after it moves into production
Assisting in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues or problems


Qualification Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
Good command of spoken and written English
Minimum of 6 years relevant IT work experience, and 2 years project management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent team management skills
Familiar with software quality management and software development life cycle
Experienced in leading projects in one of the following platforms
Microsoft Windows (.NET, C++, Siebel, etc.)
Mainframe
VMS
