The profile of R&D Center(研发中心简介)

MSPP, Optics & CESR R&D（MOC）

MSPP, Optics & CESR (MOC) Line of Business is working for providing the total solution for the transport network, including WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing), MSPP(SDH based Multi-Services Provision Platform) and CESR (Carrier Ethernet Switch Router) technologies.? ECI is one of the leading transport network solutions providers. The first SDH network in China was built with the products from ECI. With high quality, easy maintainability and deep innovation, ECI’s transport network solution got a very good market position all over the world. ECI built the R&D facility that focus on the research and development of access products for Transport network in ECI China in April, 2005. MOC R&D of ECI China is growing very rapidly. Now the R&D activities cover three product lines: SDH based MSPP, Carrier Ethernet Aggregation Switch and Metro optics. Technologies applied include SDH, PDH, PCM, Ethernet, MPLS, IP, DWDM, CWDM, OADM, ASON, CES, ATM, Telecommunication Network management, etc. Products developed by MOC R&D of ECI China are very competitive in the market due to their high quality, low cost, state-of-art technologies and powerful functions. Up to now, more than 50000 network elements have been installed in more than 80 customers’ network around the world. With our rich experience and high efficiency, and with the great support from ECI headquarter, MOC R&D of ECI China had already made great success. Hardware Engineer

ü???????? Responsible for Digital Board Design, PCB design, debugging, testing, etc.??????????????????????????

Requirement:

ü???????? Excellent in major, especially in FPGA, Digital Electronic Technology, Analog Electronic Technology and Senior Mathematics.????????????????

Embedded SW Engineer

Descriptions：

ü???????? Participate in embedded software development under the guidance of senior engineer;

ü???????? Responsible for the code writing, debugging, testing, etc.

Requirement：?????????????????????

ü???????? Excellent in major, especially in OS (Vxworks or Linux), C/C++, Digital Electronic Technology, Analog Electronic Technology and Senior Mathematics.

EMS SW Engineer

Test Engineer

Broad Band Access R&D（BBA）

ECI Telecom is a world leader in the MSAG (Multi Service Access Gateway) broadband market, with a significant installed base in Europe and APAC. The companys Hi-FOCuS? broadband access platform enables carriers to mass deploy triple-play (voice, data and video) services while reducing initial and ongoing operational costs. ECIs MSAGs are high-density, high-end access gateways that handle thousands of subscriber lines, and support the entire range of broadband technologies, from the various flavors of DSL to Fiber to the Premises (FTTP).

Embedded Software Engineer:

Description:

ü???????? Responsibilities: Access Products (ADSL/VDSL/GPON/Ethernet) software requirements analysis, software high level design, protocol implementation, documentation, coding, debugging, feature testing and design verification.

Requirement:

ü???????? Bachelor degree or Master degree in Computer/Telecommunication/Electronic or equivalent experience

ü???????? Good programming skills in C/C++

ü???????? Strong data structures and algorithm knowledge

ü???????? Experience in C/C++ programming under multi-task RTOS (VxWorks or MontaVista Linux) is preferred;

ü???????? Good knowledge of LINUX/assembly languages/CPU is preferred;

ü???????? Knowledge in Ethernet or data communication is preferred;

ü???????? Good interpersonal, and willing to learn new technologies

Test Engineer:

Description:

ü???????? Responsibilities: Test plan and test cases design, integration test and system test

Requirements:

ü???????? Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Telecommunication/Computer/Electronic or equivalent experience
