职位名称：EDP (Engineering Development Program) 管理培训工程师

Job Description：
The EDP (Engineering Development Program) is the training and development program for young graduates. Its purpose is to develop Air Products’ future engineers, managers and leaders. It provides the opportunity to fresh graduates to learn the company’s business, products, technologies and operating methods in their early careers.
Ø The EDP engineer will fulfill 3 x 8 month assignments in different groups of GEO(Global Engineering Organization) and GO (Global Operations) of the company in -Asia
Ø For each assignment, the specific learning, project-related objectives and job description will be discussed, agreed and documented at the beginning.
Ø Every EDP engineer is assigned a senior manager to guide and advise them as they progress through the program.
Ø The EDP engineer is encouraged to seek advice, coaching and support from their colleagues.
Ø At the end of the 24 months’ EDP period, each EDP will seek a full time assignment in GEO Shanghai or GO China or Asia region.
Job Requirement：
Ø Fresh postgraduate, with bachelor or master degree in engineering in one of various technical disciplines.
Ø Intern experience in engineering program/project is preferred.
Ø Excellent English skills, both written and oral; skillful in use of PC software tools.
Ø Open, proactive and willing to learn.
